I want to by an external tape drive and am considering an Iomega Ditto that connects to the parallel port.
However, the Howto's say that such drives (that use the parallel port) are unsupported. Is that also the situation with the 2.0.30-kernel? I do not have space in my computer box for another drive so I cannot consider an internal tape drive. I would appreciate some advice. Thank you.
