Making a CD under Win95 with 8.3 filenames *WILL* break the install - instead, make the disk with joliet filenales. Then your best bet is to install a minimal system with kernel sources via FTP and add the joliet file system patch and recompile the kernel. (The patch is available at http://www.linuxhq.com ) Then the system will be able to read the disk burned with EasyCD Pro.
