I installed it, using the the Debian script, by simply changing the name of the tar-ball: mv netscape_3.01*.tar.gz netscape_3.04*.tar.gz (or something like, it's from my memory, you have to put in the _complete_ correct file names. But it is obvious.). Yes, the script recommends not to do it, but it works.
