No, that list would be far too large. Many programs have a file in /usr/lib/X11/app-defaults/ that contains some defaults. You are not supposed to edit these files, but anything you put in .Xdefaults will override them. Also, you can use the editres program to find out what resources a program knows of. You can use this program to change them, but it can not display the current values. It is a program you can do cool things with, though. Imagine changing the color or the font of one specific button.
