That is only the first vunerability (and I think the workaround is only
for the 8.x series of bind).  You can find an updated package on your
local hamm mirror.

Debian 1.3.1 users can find an updated packages at:
ftp://ftp.debian.org/debian/bo-unstable/binary-i386/bind_8.1.2-0.bo1.deb
