As for Exchange and the CEO... I know I am going to get blasted for this but I personally like Exchange, I think it is one of M$ better products. Of course the licensing sucks, and of course there are exploits, but if you configure it properly and lock it down, etc. it can be a solid mail (collaboration??) server.
