Works for me.
I`ve only changed /etc/rc.boot/0setserial, due to IRQ conflict. Just
uncommmented the automatic configuration line with the tty that match
the one my modem on.
(${SETSERIAL} -b /dev/ttyS2 ${AUTO_IRQ} skip_test autoconfig ${STD_FLAGS}
spd_vhi)
