What > package/software do I need to get? You don't want to route NetBIOS. It's an API, not a transport protocool. It can be realised over a variety of protocols, including TCP/IP, IPX and NetBEUI. Of those only the latter one is not routable.
Just run your Windows clients with TCP/IP as the (preferably only) protocol. To enable cross-subnet browsing use a WINS server. See the samba docs for more detail.
