Attach a modem to one of the ports (say, COM5), then from a "Command Prompt Only" (or "Restart Computer in MS-DOS Mode") prompt, enter a command like: echo ATDT(phone_num_of_your_second_line) > COM5 and see if the modem dials your second phone line.
