Hi, when I try to apt-get update from a Bo machine I get
ERROR ftp://sylvester/pub/cdrom/debian/hamm/main/binary-i386/Packages.gz Need package libmd5-perl Does this mean the apt-get script can't find the libmd5-perl pkg on sylvester (the ftp server)?? I have the /etc/apt/sources.list point directly to the directory where Packages.gz is. If it means that I must have libmd5-perl on puddin (the Bo machine) before I can complete apt-get, I'm hosed, because libmd5-perl depends on glibc, right? So how I gonna doo dat?? TIA! -- David S.
