Is it possible to use a non-SCSI CD recorder under hamm? As far as I can tell, everything assumes SCSI. The CD-writing FAQ mentions something about ATAPI drives circumventing the need for generic SCSI devices, but cdwrite and cdrecord seem to demand SCSI (if not generic SCSI).
I was hoping to not have to install SCSI in this computer. (Not to mention remove the CD recorder that already works fine under the Win98 half of the dual boot configuration.) If anyone can provide any help or advice or insight, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
