Try at some secondary mirror that is slowly updated. For example, here in Spain, I have gone to ftp://ftp.cs.us.es/pub/Linux/debian/dists/frozen/main/binary-i386/ and found them in base/libc6_2.0.7v-1.deb and devel/libc6-dev_2.0.7v-1.deb Nevertheless, if you want to try version 19981211-1 you can do it although it has a very very small bug: it says that depends on timezone instead of timezones (bug #31706). -- Conrado Badenas (Assistant Lecturer) Department of Thermodynamics.
