You can login as user ROOT, or you can run the 'su' program from the bash$ like this: bash-2.01$ su root rootpassword su works like this: su username userpassword, on my system, use the su command like this: bash-2.01$ su root root This logs you in as user root. After you have gotten the mount successful, exit and return to normal user mode by typing 'exit' from the bash$ Hope this helps, Brant ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com
