Has anyone had any luck connecting an external midi device (say, a tone generator) to the midi port on an SB16? I've got the card working ok, but I can't get any programs to send output to it. Sending anything to /dev/sequencer or /dev/sequencer2 results in the crappy SB FM midi synthesis, rather than in nice tones from my tone module....
