xf86setup package contains the XF86Setup program...or you can use the
xf86config text based setup program.

If you are in the /usr/X11R6/bin directory proceed the commands with ./
(like ./XF86Setup )
Otherwise you need to add /usr/X11R6/bin to your path with:

PATH=${PATH}:/usr/X11R6/bin
export PATH
