My best guess is that Netscape isn't handling the bad HTML in that page. Tables with borders set to -4 (should be a positive number), tags randomly broken in very strange places, and the GeoCities popup advertisement at the bottom... Of course, it would still be good if they fix the flakiness in Mozilla...
