Any ISP which supports standard PPP can be used to dial into from linux
(this is about 99% of ISP, but does not include the likes of AOL since
they use some sort of proprietary dial procedure).

Pretty much just pick an average ISP in your area and use them. You
wont get the nifty (although useless, IMO) chat rooms and keyword
stuff, but hey that's what IRC and search engines are for anyway.
