When sounds play when I'm running GNOME, the sounds have a staticky click or pop at the end of them. I assume that this is some problem with ESD, but I'm not sure.
The bad sounds don't happen when I'm not running GNOME. They also didn't happen when I used GNOME with Red Hat on this machine. I have a SoundBlaster AWE64 sound card. Can anyone suggest any possible fixes? - KDJ
