When I tried 'exim <tab><tab>' the output listed 156 files in my home directory. This is different than the output that you got. Am I experiencing a bug? I'm using Bash for the shell. The Bash man page is large and I may have missed a reference to this <tab><tab> function but I didn't see anything listed under "commands" or "list" that pertained to <tab><tab>. I'll keep looking.
