Once you've booted, all you need is to re-run lilo (you may need the -r option, man lilo for more) At worst, download the Debian installation disk image. You don't have to reinstall, just choose "Mount an existing root partition", "Activate an existing swap partition", and "Make bootable" from the menu and things _should_ work.
