Some BIOSes have an option to configure PNP devices. On my asus P2B for example there is an option `PNP aware OS', or something to that effect. If I set that to `no', I can use my PNP soundblaster without isapnptools, because the BIOS takes care of the initialisation. HTH, Eric -- E.L.
