Bing, you were right.  EverQuest wants port 7000.  So I set up redir
to forward port 7000 to my gaming machine, and everything works fine.

The odd thing is... I'm hearing a lot of accounts of Redhat 5.2 and
6.0 with ip masquerading out of the box can do this fine.  (Even
though the users don't know that TCP port 7000 needs to be forwarded.)
So I'm curious what exactly the Redhat ipmasq package is doing.
