You probably need to install and/or configure isapnptools to handle the plug 'n pray portion. Most likely you'll need to setup some module parameters as well.
I can email you the configuration settings I'm using for both of the above, if you'd like. You'll probably have to adapt them somewhat, but they should give you a pretty close starting point.
