I installed popularity-contest (stable) on my machine and every day I get the following message from cron:
/etc/cron.daily/popularity-contest: /usr/bin/dpkg-awk: line 31: 2988 Broken pipe mawk $incf -f +/usr/lib/awk/dpkg-awk.lib -- "--exebase=`basename $0`" "--exedir=`dirname $0`" +"$@" Because of this, the report going out is blank. Any ideas why this might be happening?
