i run named mainly on my dialup for ipmasq.  for some reason DNS does not
get masq'd for me under kernel 2.2 ..it masqs fine under 2.0 but i could
never get it workin under 2.2.  i suppose adding a new zone for a local
network would be useful but unless its a big one i cant imagine a real
advantage over just using hosts ..
