hello a very humble question
how can i send by mail a file, in only one line ? i mean, how can send a mail with a file in its body in only one line of the shell, without entering <Enter> ? when i try "mail user ." i can not send the email also with "mail user Ctrl-D" i can not get again the shell with which shell sequence i can convince mail or sendmail to send the message in only one line ? it is intended for a line in the /etc/ppp/ip-up file, so the machine could send an email publushing its current ip thanks a lot for this silly question erasmo
