Since you are always connected to the net you are probably on some net. If so, 
the net you are on might already have a suitable server. In any case I believe 
that your sys admin might help. I believe that the most simple configuration 
only requires stating one machine from which you will be able to receive the 
correct time - at least as far as ntpd is concerned.
