Hi,
Sorry for bothering you with my stupid questions

i'm trying to use scp to copy some files from my local host to another host "ssh ed to
it"
I get
 No such file or directory
though the file is there

$ scp /tmp/file [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~/
[EMAIL PROTECTED]'s password:
/tmp/file: No such file or directory

ls -lh /tmp/file
- -rw-r--r--    1 mohammed mohammed     728k Jan 25 18:40 /tmp/file

I really don't understand the idea !
searched google and had a look at the man pages but i didn't find any info.
