Well, strictly speaking, the expiry of g2 has nothing to do with you upgrading. I've had reports that installing librx1 fixes the segfault problems. If that doesn't work you can always run it in a chrooted slink system or something. It's a library incompatability issue of some kind. -- see shy jo
