I need to install said scsi controller but Adaptec has drivers [AFAIK] only for 2.2.x kernels. If you've determined how to succeed in this please point the way. BTW, I already have Tekram and DPT controllers running on this system and the BIOS does detect the PM1564U3 controller and connected drives. If this is impossible, is it possible that a kernel more recent than 2.4.17 would have such a driver and if yes, how can I find this to be so.
