Hey guys, I just talked my cable company into going from a dhcp connection (dynamic ip) to a static IP. Since I've always used dhcp before I'm not quite sure what to do. Is there a quick how-to that will say, put your ip, gateway, blah blah into this file, do this with resolf.conf?
I'm itching to get this going :) Bill
