Not sure this is what people are looking for in this thread, but I bought a PCP&C Silencer power supply rated at 275 watts a few years ago. It was not cheap, but it really has been quiet. Most of the time its barely audible. Plus, it's ultra reliable. If something goes wrong with that computer, it's not the PS.
