I have an ESS1868 too, and it's working. I don't use isapnp, since I'm using the default card config. My sb options are the following: esstype=1868 io=0x220 irq=5 dma=1 dma16=-1 To check these, just run the config program of the card from DOS. What looks strange to me is "dma 1,3". Why two 8-bit dma channels ?
