Hello, I am doing another debian install, and was uncertain about the network card type. I decided to skip that part of the install, hoping to find an easy way to do it after the basic system is up and running. On a laptop, pcnetconfig does this job. Is there an easy way to get the networking configured after a base install? (I'm considering going through the installation menu again.)
Thanks, Hugo van der Merwe ps. Is /dev/cdrom created when the module is loaded, or some other time by some other script?
