Try doing apt-get install package1 package2 (all the conflicting packages on 1 line) or got to /var/apt/cache/archives and do dpkg --force-overwrite -i package1.deb package2.deb (over here, you have to specify the file name of the package, not just the package name, but with tab completion, that will not be a problem)
