When you do go to procmail, you may want to try the following:

 # Debian lists ...
 :0
 * ^X-Mailing-List: .*[<].*@lists\.debian\.org[>]
 * ^X-Mailing-List: .*[<] *\/[^ ][^@]*
 Mail/$MATCH/
