Some time ago I saw on freshmeat.net a package for running linux using the AOL dialup service. The package acted in a similar fashion to PPP in that it provided an IP protocol and address to the linux machine tunneled over the closed AOL dialup protocol. I don't know how well it works as I never had the reason to use it yet. Hope this is of some help. ttylz
