that's very interesting, because the official Sun JDK for Linux is afaik the [1]same as the Blackdown project's port with Sun's name added to it. are you sure about those benchmarks? just by eyeing it, it looks like if you shift the decimal point in the Blackdown benchmarks right by one, they are about the same as the Sun benchmarks...
