You don't need the ?"You have mail" (unless you want some special
message) simply set it as:

export
MAILPATH="/home/username/Mail/mbox:/home/username/Mail/Debian:/home/username/Mail/GtkAda:/home/username/Mail/vim"

then you will get a message like:

You have new mail in /home/username/Mail/mbox
You have new mail in /home/username/Mail/GtkAda
You have new mail in /home/username/Mail/vim

if you have gotten new mails from these lists. Not replace username with
your username ;-)
