Close, but not quite.  You want qualify_domain set to you ISP's domain amd
qualify_recipient set to localhost.  If qualify_domain is localhost, then
some mail may get to the outside world with a return address of
[EMAIL PROTECTED] instead of [EMAIL PROTECTED]
