You can only back up one directory (or directory tree) at a time. Furthermore, everything you back up must be on the same filesystem. And a word of warning: My last 0-level backup did not contain any symbolic links (e.g. /etc/alternatives and /etc/init.d), so when I tried to do a full restore, I had some problems.
