NAT/MASQ in single NIC

is it possible to do NAT/MASQ in single NIC with two ip address? if yes,
then how?

my comp has no dialup PPP

IPs : 203.170.2.x  and 192.168.1.1

and I want to masq 192.168.1.1/24
