Sure:

# cdrdao copy

Should do a basic copy - make sure you have ~700 odd megs available to make
up a disk image.

If you have two cdrom drivers, you might want to specify one as the source
device & one as the destination device:
 
# cdrdao copy --source-device /dev/scd0 --device /dev/scd1
