I agree but recently it was unreachable for some reason.

So I now use: keyserver wwwkeys.eu.pgp.net

# followings are same host with different DNS entry: pgp5 
#keyserver wwwkeys.us.pgp.net
#keyserver pgp.ai.mit.edu
