If you must have windoze as well, it's very simple to make linux boot through the NTLOADER. It's actually pretty cool, you just have to dd the first 512bytes from your boot partition (so long as lilo is loaded onto the first sector) to a file (call it bootsect.lnx), then copy that file to your c:\ under windoze (use a floppy disk or whatever), and add the line in your c:\boot.ini C:\bootsect.lnx="Linux". Those are the rough instructions, but if you want the exact commands and whatnot just email me and I can send them.
