Local Host Name

Hi,

After install Apache I get the following error:
apache: cannot determine local host name
Use ServerName directive to set it manually.
/usr/sbin/apachectl start: httpd could not be started
Configuration failed! Run "apacheconfig" to try this again later.

My question is: where should I define the Local Host Name? I don't mean the 
Apache SeverName directive.
