I'm trying to get address rewriting in sendmail using genericstable. When I was using a static IP / eth0 based connection this worked fine. Now I'm using a PPP based / dynamic IP connection, and it doesn't. Then I get address rewriting and everything. However, when I'm hooked up to my ISP and send a mail, only the masquerading part is working. So it ends up being '[EMAIL PROTECTED]'. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with my '/etc/hosts' file : ------- cut -------- 127.0.0.1 localhost localhost.localdomain dminds #128.39.144.135 hybel135.grm.hia.no -------- cut ---------- (When I had the eth0 based connection I had the 'dminds' part on the second line) dminds is /etc/hostname I've been trying to get some real help with this for days, so I would be really grateful if someone would provide some help here.
