I have a tekram DC390U3W controller that works just the way you describe. I have Ultra160 scsi drives on the lvd channel and my cdrom and cdrw on the other. Works just fine, no problems using the stock sym53c8xx driver. Tekram also has a dual lvd channel controller. -- tony mollica [EMAIL PROTECTED]
