Is there some way I can use a local DNS server to cache DNS queries? I ask because my current DNS server is sometimes slow; I have a cable modem and configure DNS automatically through DHCP. Ideally I'd like to configure a local DNS server to use the cable's DNS, but cache host lookups for something like 24 hours before going out to the remote server again.
