Just do this. It should work. It's worked for a number of people
that I have helped with the same problem on IRC at irc.openprojects.net
in #debian. If you visit there, come and say hi to me :-). My nick is
longshot.
cd /var/cahce/apt/archives
dpkg -i libb2* libdb3*
